[CQ-Contest] Going up against BPL

Do you live in or near one of the areas where BPL is currently in operation? 
Would you be willing to participate in a simple project to help build the case 
that BPL creates harmful interference? You'll need the ability to receive on 
the low bands [I'm thinking 20m] and a camcorder.
