[CQ-Contest] Aruba for ARRL CW

Contesters,

I will be in Aruba the week before the ARRL CW (Feb. 21-22) and would 
extend my stay if I could find a place to operate.

The Aruba ARC website isn't working.  Can someone give me some starting 
points for licensing, and hopefully an available shack?

I have the info on 2 "ham friendly" hotels, but would prefer not to operate 
with a little bitty rig and a dipole on the roof.

I have contacted the 2 rent-a-shacks on DX Holiday.  One is rented and 
waiting response from the other.
