[CQ-Contest] CRSA HQ Station for IARU HF World Championship

Hi, All,
	Chinese Radio Sports Association (CRSA) will setup 5 stations for the  
upcoming IARU HF World Championship. The callsign to be used is B4HQ. All  
the stations are located in Nanjing. Here is a table of
