Hiya Clive!

I use a Ross RWH808 headset and got them from a bloke on eBay and their 
great! Their range is about 30 feet for me and they use 2 AA batteries.

I can't remember how much I paid for them (honest!). Maybe you should 
try a search on eBay for 'headphones' and see what comes up.
