[CQ-Contest] Paper Logs to Cabrillo

Hi All,

My computer makes too much noise for me to use it for logging.  So, at the end 
of CQ WW CW I now have several pages of paper logs.  Does software exist that 
allows me to manually enter my logs and create a Cabrillo format file that I 
can e-mail?
