Before we get too far into suggesting frequencies above 7100 for what is
essentially a full power 1.5 KW contest for the winners, at least, we
need to remember that, if I am not mistaken, we are all still limited to
200 watts output from 7100 to 7150. I think that is still the case for
all of the former Novice bands except for ten meters. Is that not
