[ct-user] Country file errors in ARRL DX

Hi Folks,

Sorry about the country file errors this weekend.

Here are some I noted:

        3D2RR = 3D2/r (Rotuma)
        DX0K = 1S (Spratly) [probably wasn't on CW]
        E21EIC/8 = HS (CT doesn't resolve this properly)
        VP8/LZ2UU = VP8/h (South Shetlands)

Were there others?  I'll put out a fix this week.
