[CQ-Contest] PJ2 Open: WAE and IOTA

Contesters,

The PJ2T QTH is vacant this year for IOTA and both modes of WAE. It would 
be a shame to not have the station on the air. If anyone's interested in 
putting together an operation for any of these three contests, please drop
