Once the computer yelled in my face "You do not have rights to run this
(LoTW) program"... I looked for and managed to get a LoTW QSL Manager to
do it on my behalf !!   There are other ways to get around most oddball
IT systems. :-}

 

I trust everyone is happy to have me listed on LoTW..   I don't know, I
cannot see myself or anything on the LoTW website :-{
