[CQ-Contest] Time off strategy - NAQP CW

Tree provided some great pointers for the contest Saturday. An additional 
point I would make, is to make sure to keep an ear on 10 and 15 later in the 
evening. I remember at least two contests where sporadic E developed big 
time between the mid-atlantic coast and the gulf producing big signals and a 
number of mults!
