[CQ-Contest] Live Contest Scoring?

I've been reading posts about live contest scoring, yet I don't think
someone's explained how to easily do it. I'd like to set something like that
up on my computer for Sweepstakes. I use Writelog as my logger - how can I
set it up to output scores to a website?
