[CQ-Contest] SS CW observation

This has probably been said before....

As an average CW op, I found that stations sending NR prior to the number
helped my comprehension tremendously.  I guess it prepares me for the
numbers.  

I want to thanks the U and M stations for the packet spots!  I felt like
rare dx!
