I remember working, in a contest years ago, a station id'ing -- with reverb
yet -- as "W 2 X Rated"
Don't know if they ever got a QSL card, but I've always wondered if it came
close to the infamous NU5DE cards of more recent years...

OK2PAY has been my favorite since the early '90s. It's particularly
