The Good News:  Apparently our previous complaining here got through to 
some DX operators before the CQ WW this weekend.  I was pleasantly 
surprised to hear most DX & Contest-Pedition station ops giving their 
callsigns with reasonable frequency, and heard only heard a few "Call?" 
inquiries.  Congrats!!!

The Bad News:  To follow in a subsequent post.
