[CQ-Contest] Hy Gain conversion

Can anyone give me info on the conversion of a Hy Gain TH6DX to a Hy Gain 
TH7DX?
A conversion kit used to be available but no longer.  I just bought a TH6DX 
in Colombia
and might want to do the conversion if it's not too difficult.
