[CQ-Contest] CQ Magazine

I started a new subscription to CQ to be delivered to the UK  last
September. I have never received a magazine.  I called last month and they
said they would send me the back copies .
Last week I telephoned again  and complained  that I had received nothing.
They  said although it would cost more, they would send the back copies
airmail. 
Have other people have problems with delivery of CQ?
