[CQ-Contest] CQWW SSB + CW operation announcements

For those wishing to submit operation announcements for the Fall 
2006 CQWW DX contests, I have added the option for each on the 
drop-down list on the submission page at:

   http://www.ng3k.com/Contest/consub.html

     CQWW SSB (Oct 28-29)
     CQWW CW (Nov 25-26)

Please, no single-op announcements from the common entities.
