[CQ-Contest] Planning a QSO Party

Ladies and Gents...
 
Need a little "advice" for planning a QSO Party.  It looks like Kansas has not 
had one for many years.  Does anyone have any sage advice as to how to plan 
such an event.

In our day and age it seems that Common Sense is in short supply. If you don't 
have any Common Sense - get some and use it. If you can't find any common 
sense, ask for help from somebody who has some common sense.
