A very good friend of mine JA1PCY Hiro Tsukahara passed away at 1st October. 
He had been an active contester also a DXer and made several expeditions.

He also known as a president of HIRO-Denshi (Ham Shop) in Saitama.

We had been planning to make the 9M0-Layang Layang/Spratly expedition 
in this coming March of 2007. I missed him very much.
