>If DC were made a multiplier, the same logic would need to be extended >to every other self-governing entity including Indian Reservations, etc. If this were indeed the case, there'd be a big hubbub about this with regard to ARRL 10M, ARRL DX, ARRL RTTY, CQ 160, etc. There hasn't been.
