[CQ-Contest] 599 Signal Reports

I am betraying my age now, but at least into the early 1970s, the late 
W4ML issued a "599 Certificate" to any ham who could prove receipt of a 
"599" signal report from each of the six continents.  I have one I am 
pretty sure.  They weren't easy to get either!
