[RTTY] One radioo vs two: The RTTY community has spoken

The RTTY contest community in general is heavily in favor of separate
one and two radio categories. See the poll results at:

Scroll down to the bottom of the page. The margin is almost exactly
two to one. If this were a political election, that would be
considered a landslide.
