[CQ-Contest] LoTW

Starting yesterday, Norton is not letting me get to the LoTW log in page.  I 
get to ARRL.org and the LoTW page OK, but then I can't get to the log in 
page.

Norton tells me there is a problem with the site's certificate and 
"navigation blocked" presumably for my own good.

Any one else having this problem?
