There it finally is.
Scientific proof using internet or any other means for spotting
multipliers and QSOs will potentially enhance the entrant's score.
I remember seeing too often remarks about the spotting network would at
the end decrease the score.
The Truth is Out There !
In this paper there is of course a lot more stuff for us average hams.
