Skimmer did 31, what this means is that anyone who scored lower than skimmer is authorized to use it until they improve their skills and can at least equal skimmers performance. Anyone that exceeded 31 or skimmers performance does not need skimmers assistance to perform well in a contest (for now). :-) Don't beat me up, I am having fun, just returning from a GREAT DAYTON week-end.
