Just finished Oceania DX (my first contest). I'm just a "small pistol," and only worked 80M using an inverted L and 500 watts. Some great last-minute QSOs from ZL to Spain (antipodes), England and Wales long path. Plenty of Russian and US stations on last night, as well as a few from Finland and Japan. Lots of fun. I would be interested in hearing what it was like for others who worked 80. And how were the other bands? --Rick, ZM2HAM/ZL2HAM _______________________________________________ CQ-Contest mailing list CQ-Contest@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/cq-contest |
