Take a look at the "Description" tab on the left side. This is a real-time 
propagation tool - it uses the current sunspot number and current K-index, not 
a 
monthly average or prediction. (Yes, the current SSN really is 21 - two small 
cycle 24 sunspots).

Kudos to VE5ZX and G4FKH for creating this excellent tool.
