      MM3CPE, MM3ZET and MS0ZET are all Shetland, GM/s
       
    * Added zone exceptions for China, BY and United States, K to
      cty_wt.dat (Win-Test)

    * Fixed some GMT to local time offset typos for China, BY in
      cty_wt_mod.dat (Win-Test)
