[CQ-Contest] CQ WW CW - permitted operating time for SO?

Hi,
Am I imagining things (or confusing the CQWW with another contest), but I
thought a Single Operator could only operate 36 out of the 48 hours? In the
2008 rules there is no mention of this restriction, so I guess its gone (or
was never there!)...

Would someone please put my mind at rest so I know what my target is next
w/e... thanks.
