[CQ-Contest] Contesting Webinars

As announced on radio-sport.net, the Potomac Valley Radio Club (PVRC) is 
gearing up for a series of "Webinars" on topics related to contesting.  These 
offerings will be free and open to the worldwide contest community.  The story 
and a list of initial topics to be offered can be found at 
http://www.radio-sport.net/  The schedule and registration details will be 
released later this month.
