[CQ-Contest] Contester needed near Los Angeles

This article in the Los Angeles Times:

"Shortwave radio is finding a receptive young audience"

tells of a group of high school hams who are trying to start a radio club at 
their high school, and can't find a faculty member who will agree to sponsor 
the club.  Looks like a great opportunity to invest in the future of contesting 
for someone who lives near there.
