Just when you thought the Contesting airwaves had been cleaned up, during the WAE I heard a DL or DK station ask for a callsign repeat about 5 times when he/she was called by a station signing VU5H. Plainly, the call VU5H kept being sent back. My suspicions are the Pirate was also somewhere in Europe because of the typical EU Arctic Flutter/QSB on the signal. Did anyone else hear or work the mysterious VU5H ??? Tnx & 73.
