[CQ-Contest] WPX online score database

The WPX on-line database for score look-ups is SO COOL!

Not only can you see your past scores, but for some, you can even print your 
own certificate,
right there on the spot.  How cool is that!  Yes, I know this was announced 
much earlier, but
IT IS STILL WAY COOL!

Congrats to Randy and the WPX team and volunteers for getting this done.  

I am impressed!
