Hi all,
the Bavarian Contest Club (BCC) is organizing an "open house" event
at a number of active contest stations in Germany. It will take place
March 6-7 during the ARRL SSB contest. All visitors are welcome.
There is a link on the BCC website, where you can register as a visitor,
and/or eventually operate a few hours:
http://conteststation.bavarian-contest-club.de
As of today 15 stations all over Germany are opening their doors:
DF0SAX, DK0EE, DK0KC, DK6WL, DL0CS, DL0MB, DL1HCM, DL1MGB,
DL5RMH, DM3W, DP6A, DP9A, DR1A, DR5A, DR5N.
Target is to attract new contesters and inform the public about our hobby.
Please be patient in ARRL SSB, when you work a well-known German
callsign, but the contact may take a little longer. Maybe it's just the first
time that this OP gets in touch with HF contesting.
