As long they decode one signal at a time, I see no problem. As others have correctly stated, we need more ops, not less. This is ONLY encouraging more activity. There isn't a CW "decoder" alive that is as accurate as a real CW op, so there is no advantage there. These are training wheels, not a super-charger.
