[CQ-Contest] Public logs, public perception

There are some aspects of the "public log" issue that are really tough
calls.  But consider this:  If you are unwilling to open your log, people
will not know whether or not you are cheating.  And not everybody who
wonders will be a warped little mind deserving only disdain or pity.

Good thing this only a hobby, eh?
