[CQ-Contest] NCJ's email broken?

     I just tried to submit my August NAQP Phone log to ssbnaqp@ncjweb.com, 
and I get a bounce message saying that the mail address does not exist.  I had 
the same problem in January trying to submit my log.

     If the NCJ is no longer going to accept emailed logs, and only let 
competitors submit enter their logs via their proprietary log submission 
web form, can the powers that be at NCJ at least update the contest rules?
