[CQ-Contest] Op available CQWW CW

Looks like I may have to stay in the USA during the CW weekend so looking for a 
seat at a M/S, M/2 or
M/M from America - or maybe a station where I could do a SOSB effort on 10, 15, 
20 or 40.
