[CQ-Contest] get scores

Any body having luck using WinTest and getscores...mine worked before
the cqww cw test, but an hour before the test it quit working...I am
not a software writer or
developer so I an not able to write a script to make this work...the
5b4wn device sometimes works but did not post in cqww..de Rick
