With the best band high band conditions in years, it warms many hearts to see that the radio-sport lawyers are still on the job interpreting contest rules, and looking for loopholes to get it "their way." Simply amazing. Atta-boys ! If you're finding stations by any means other than you tuning your radio and finding it itself, you're assisted..
