[CQ-Contest] Big jump in qrz.com lookups after 10m contest

I noticed that my lookup number increased by over 100 after the 10m 
contest weekend.
Does that mean:
a)  the autofill came up PA, but I sent CO - better verify this
b)  they couldn't copy my exchange cuz of my weak signal
c)  I'm going to be bombarded with QSLs in a few days
d) something else
