[CQ-Contest] Wisconsin QSO Party Log Analyzer available

Now that the party is over, you can run your Wisconsin QSO Party 
Cabrillo files into this Log Analyzer and compare two logs side-by-side, 
review the tables, charts, and graphs that reveal performance 
characteristics.

This tool was created in Excel 2003 and should work on any newer version.
