[CQ-Contest] This cheating is getting out of hand

The take-away message FOR ME is NOT that cheating takes place, but RATHER that 
it took a
fellow player (competitor) to turn this person in to the event (contest) 
organizer (committee).

Nobody can do it alone.  Name the names!  Tell the sponsors!!
