[CQ-Contest] IARU HF World Championship - HQ Stations

The IARU HF World Championship will take place between 1200Z on Saturday July 
13th until 1200Z on Sunday July 14th.  A listing of HQ
stations that have reported they will be QRV can be found at 
http://www.dailydx.com/iaru-13.htm.  I'll be updating this as I get
additions.  Is your country's HQ station listed?  If not email
