[CQ-Contest] CQP Call History File

For N1MM users, I have created a Call History File for the CQP this next
weekend.
It is for Out-of-State operators only, as it contains only California
stations.  I created
it from my last 2 CQP logs, and added the callsigns/county as published on
the CQP
website.  It contains 653 calls, all California CQP participants.
