This just isn't true! According to the rules: "Clean Sweep Coffee Mugs - 
2013 Info, Mug awards are based on claimed scores, The price for the 
keepsake mug is $15"
So, from first hand experience, all that is necessary to obtain the "elusive 
sweep" award, is to send $15.00, along with your summary, "claiming" a clean 
sweep. Not much fun, or strategy involved?
