[CQ-Contest] American Pickers - Picture of Frank, K9PG & WE9V

I'm sitting here doing some accounting work and watching American 
Pickers on History,
Frank is trying to buy a pair of leather shorts which lead to him saying 
how he goes to Festmaster every year in Lacrosse, WI.
During the story a picture of Frank, K9PG and WE9V is on the screen.

Would K9PG or WE9V like to elaborate?
