I'm sure we all know that there are a lot of people out there who have no
idea what any given contest is. If someone is just calling "CQ Contest,"
these other ops don't know the rules and think they are doing us a favor by
working us. I guess the trick is to gently (without dampening their spirit
or willingness) let them know they don't count in the contest. If they say
they need you for a county or some such, it doesn't do any harm to work
them.
