[CQ-Contest] Was 10 meter sweeping sounds - now Space Aliens

These are called "Space Aliens" by anyone visiting HC8N.

They seem to be loudest when the band is good towards Eastern Asia - and/or
China.  They are sometimes heard on lower bands too.  Fun to watch on the
P3 - kind of like whales moving around in the blue water.
