[CQ-Contest] Function Keys Windows 8.1

Hello,

I have a Dell laptop with Windows 8.1 64 bit but when trying to use the 
Function Keys (F1...) on a contest logging software
I get some Windows 8.1 pop up or pop slide, in my laptop is to change display 
settings, instead of the program function key
like call CQ.

Do I need and how to deactivate this Function Keys in order to work properly ?
